Store your jewelry individually and avoid exposing them to liquid and cosmetics. Extreme heat and humidity might cause gold plated jewelry to tarnish, keep your pieces in a dark, cool and dry place to avoid this.
Our best advice would be: wear your pair often (this helps lessen oxidation), and keep them in your Penny Pairs pouch when not in use.
All our jewelry is covered under a 180 Day Guarantee. The guarantee is against any possible workmanship defects. If you'd like to file a claim, send a photo or video of your jewelry to love@pennypairs.com or and we will get back to you within 7 days with a solution - either a replacement or full store credit.
Note that oxidation and/or tarnishing will naturally occur with any gold plated jewelry. Although, if you follow our care instructions, your jewelry should last a long time.
