Our Jewelry

Store your jewelry individually and avoid exposing them to liquid and cosmetics. Extreme heat and humidity might cause gold plated jewelry to tarnish, keep your pieces in a dark, cool and dry place to avoid this.

Our best advice would be: wear your pair often (this helps lessen oxidation), and keep them in your Penny Pairs pouch when not in use.

All our jewelry is covered under a 180 Day Guarantee. The guarantee is against any possible workmanship defects.  If you'd like to file a claim, send a photo or video of your jewelry to hello@pennypairs.com or and we will get back to you within 7 days with a solution - either a replacement or full store credit. 

Note that oxidation and/or tarnishing will naturally occur with any gold plated jewelry. Although, if you follow our care instructions, your jewelry should last a long time.

Payment / Shipping

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments via PayPal Checkout.

We do not store any of your payment information. All payments are safely secured by PayPal.

Shipping is free at specified order values, and ranges between $5-12 (USD) otherwise.

Please allow us 24-48 hours to ship your order.

We use DHL Express shipping which takes 2-5 Business days and is completely trackable. You'll get an email with complete tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that we are not responsible for all duties and taxes implemented by the respective country. As these vary from country to country, we cannot give any estimates as to how much it costs. Kindly check with your local customs office for more information.

Returns / Exchanges

We allow returns or exchanges on a case by case basis. Items for return or exchange must always be unworn and still be in their original packaging.
