OUR PAIRS

In the description of each product, you’ll find exactly what the pair is made of. Usually, our earrings are made of high quality alloy, brass, resin, 18K Gold, 925 Sterling Silver or Gold Vermeil (a coat of 18K Gold over 925 Sterling Silver). We use either stainless steel or sterling silver posts and locks.

All pairs are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, cadmium-free, and lead-free.

To keep your Penny Pairs at their best, avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics, and do not wear in the shower, pool, or ocean! Wipe them down after each use.

If your Penny Pairs are less than perfect when they reach you, please let us know! Send a photo of your pair/s to hello@pennypairs.com or DM us on Instagram @pennypairs, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution. You can always send your pairs back for store credit. We do not, however, refund shipping fees.

Our shipping fee is free of charge for all orders above 85 USD. Otherwise, it’s a 15 USD charge for DHL Express shipping which takes 2-5 Business days and is completely trackable.

We try our best to get your Penny Pairs to you as soon and as hassle-free as possible. With this, we provide complete tracking information for all customers. If your tracking information indicates the item was delivered but you have not received it, kindly ask your roommates, family or neighbors in case someone else received it mistakenly.

We try our best to help you locate your package, however Penny Pairs is not liable for lost or stolen items if delivery has been confirmed via the provided tracking information.

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes implemented by the respective country. As these vary from country to country, we cannot give any estimates as to how much it costs. Kindly check with your local customs office for more information.
