If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

Making an exchange
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will send you a return form for you to fill out.
You will have to ship the items back to us using a courier of your choice. Once we have received the package, we will process your refund or send product exchange accordingly.
What if I received a wrong or damaged product?
We're so sorry about the error! Please contact us within 10 days and we will do our best to correct things immediately!
Are returns free?
Sadly, we do not provide free return services at the moment. Customers will have to shoulder the cost of the return parcel
