Customer Experience Associate

Penny Pairs is an e-commerce jewelry brand that aims to empower women with affordable well-made jewelry, and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate! We offer flexible work hours, a wfh setup, and chance to grow with a fast-rising brand 🌎 

Penny Pairs needs a reliable Customer Experience Associate to help us ensure our customers are completely satisfied. They will reply to emails and online chats with our customers to answer questions and resolve any issues they may have, or liase with the fulfillment team who can better address their needs. Their primary goal is to provide customers with a smooth transaction and a positive experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customers online requests and inquiries
  • Coordinate with fulfillment team and operations director for daily operations tasks
  • Manage day to day inventory changes
  • Implement improvements for brand experience from the customer’s perspective
  • Work closely with marketing team and management teams to give customers the best possible brand experience

    Marketing Executive

    Penny Pairs is an e-commerce jewelry brand that aims to empower women with affordable well-made jewelry, and we’re looking for a Marketing Executive! We offer flexible work hours, a wfh setup, and chance to grow with a fast-rising brand 🌎 

    The Marketing Executive will cover the day-to-day social media management and implementation of social media strategy. Being creative and deadline-oriented with good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills are expected qualities for this position. His/her responsibilities include developing social media strategies, creating and editing content, managing the brand’s social media accounts, and analyzing content and social media efforts. He/she will also assist the Marketing Team in advertisement creation and other projects. The Marketing Executive must understand the brand’s essence and work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Team and Creative Director to make sure all communications are aligned.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize, create, and publish content across the brand’s social media platforms
    • Manage day-to-day deliverables across social media platforms, including Instagram feed, stories, and social media calendar
    • Propose and execute social media campaigns for launches, collaborations, and other events
    • Assist in photo and video creation from shooting to editing
    • Build and maintain relationships with social media community
    • Coordinate and collaborate with Marketing Team on content strategy, calendar, and

    • storytelling
    • Measure and report analytics and performance of content and social media efforts
    • Use data to lead social media efforts and improve social media conversion
    • Monitor competitors and identify trends and best practices in social media, algorithms, and consumer behavior
    • Assist in ad creation and other projects of the Marketing Team when necessary
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, and other relevant courses
    • Active user of social media, especially Instagram and TikTok
    • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Reels and Tiktoks)
    • Experience in social media management and/or e-commerce is a plus
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and has a good eye for design
    • Interested in jewelry, sustainability, and fashion
    • Open to fresh grads! Work experience is preferred but not required.
